Cookie Notice

The short version: session cookies so the tests work, analytics that sets no cookies at all, and no advertising trackers.

Last updated: 16 August 2026.

We use very few cookies, and none of them follow you across other websites.

Cookies the site needs to work

WordPress sets cookies that keep the site running and that hold your place while you take a test, so your answers are not lost between one page of questions and the next. The tests cannot work without these.

Measuring how many people visit

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits. Plausible sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track people between websites. It tells us how many people opened a page, not who they were.

Advertising

We run no advertising cookies, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. We do not sell data to advertisers.

If you work here

Staff who log in to the site receive additional WordPress cookies that keep them signed in. These are set only after a login.

Turning them off

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the ones the site needs will stop the tests working properly. See also our Privacy Notice.
