Who collects your data when you take a test here, what happens to it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

Last updated: 16 August 2026. Version 1.0.

Who we are

This website is operated by AdriaMont Consulting DOO, Podgorica, Montenegro, registration number (PIB) 03563227, trading as Center for Psychology. AdriaMont Consulting DOO is the controller of the personal data collected here. You can reach us at info@centerforpsychology.me.

What we collect

When you take a test we collect your answers to the test items, and the details you give us on the page before the test begins: your age band, your gender, your education level and your country. You may also give us an email address. That field is optional, and it is used only to send you your result.

We also record technical information that is needed to run the test and to check the quality of the data: when you started and finished, how long you spent on each item, the order the items were shown in, and your IP address.

We do not ask for your name, your telephone number or your postal address.

Why we collect it

  • To score your test and show you your result.
  • To build and check reference data, called norms, for psychological tests. This is scientific research, and the norms it produces may be published, licensed or sold to other organisations.
  • To check the quality of the data, for example to identify responses given too quickly to be considered.
  • To send you your result by email, if you gave us an address.

Our legal basis

Taking a test here is voluntary. Before you submit anything we tell you, on the page where you give your details, what your answers can be used for, and we link to this notice from that page. Submitting your answers after reading that is what allows us to use them in the way described.

If you give us an email address, we rely on your consent for that, and you give it by entering the address. You can withdraw at any time by writing to info@centerforpsychology.me. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

Who we share it with

We do not sell individual answers, and we do not share your personal data with anyone other than the service providers who host this website and who act on our instructions.

Reference data built from responses is aggregated. It is a table of statistics, it does not identify anyone, and it cannot be traced back to an individual respondent. That aggregated data may be published, licensed or sold.

How long we keep it

Your answers, and the age band, gender, education level and country you gave with them, are kept indefinitely. Reference data has to stay stable and open to re-checking over time, which is not possible if the responses behind it are deleted.

An email address, if you gave one, is deleted 24 months after you took the test.

Where your data is held

Your data is held on servers in the European Union, operated by our hosting provider on our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to the way we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@centerforpsychology.me and tell us which test you took and roughly when, so that we can find your record.

You also have the right to complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.

Automated decisions

Your answers are scored automatically, which is how you get a result immediately. Nothing on this site makes a decision about you that has a legal or similarly significant effect. These tests are not used to select, assess or rank you for anyone else.

Children

These tests are for adults. You must be 18 or over to take them. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find that we have.

Cookies

See our Cookie Notice.

Changes to this notice

When we change this notice we publish a new version with a new date at the top. We record which version was in force when you gave us your data.
