Services

Services

Specialist work on measurement, for the point where a decision, a contract or a claim depends on whether an assessment actually holds.

Who it is for

Twelve lines of work, all of them built on the same measurement expertise; four of them at a fixed price. Each links to a fuller description or to the place it is delivered.

For academics

Research advisory

Support for researchers and research teams at the points where a study is won or lost: drafting the proposal, choosing the design, methods and statistical techniques, interpreting what the results actually show, and reviewing or appraising other people’s research.

Training and learning resources

Courses and learning materials in research methods, psychometrics and assessment, delivered through the AdriaMont Institute.

Opening

Researcher seats

Access for research teams and institutions to validated instruments, participant-level reporting, and data export to SPSS, R, Mplus and CSV. In development on the assessment platform. Register interest and we will tell you when it opens.

For organisations

Programme evaluation and MEL

The evaluation work package end to end: theory of change, results and indicator frameworks, instrument development and validation, sampling and survey design, impact analysis, and a publication-ready evaluation report. Delivered for EU and donor-funded consortia and for international organisations.

Assessment data analysis

The analysis published on the research pages, run on your own data at a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reliability, structure, invariance, and what the numbers will and will not support.

For companies

Expert witness

Independent written opinion and testimony on whether a selection or assessment tool is valid and works the same way across groups. Test validity, adverse impact, differential item functioning, algorithmic fairness.

Scientific advisory

A named senior psychometrician on retainer: instrument and bias review, sign-off on the validity claims you make, and a standing dossier for procurement, diligence and the EU AI Act.

Publisher partnership

Norming, translation and validation work for test publishers taking an instrument into a new language or a new population.

Fixed price, fixed scope

Pre-Submission Methods Review

A signed methods referee report on one manuscript, before you submit it: a desk-reject screen against the journal you name, every objection a referee will raise ranked by severity with the fix or the defence, a statistics and reporting check, and a drafted response to reviewers. Five working days. 550 EUR, or 850 EUR with a re-read of your revision, ex VAT; 30 percent off for doctoral candidates.

Questionnaire pre-screen

A 48-hour expert read of a draft English-language questionnaire, with an AI first pass: the items to revise or cut with rewrites, a provenance check against published instruments, and translation-risk notes for up to three target languages. 290 EUR, or 490 EUR with target languages, ex VAT.

Measurement Quality Audit

A fixed-scope psychometric diagnostic of an English-language instrument you already run: a desk review of the instrument (1,800 EUR ex VAT), or a full audit on your own data with reliability, structure and measurement invariance (5,900 EUR ex VAT). A signed verdict page either way.

Instrument Development

From a construct you can define to an instrument you can field, in English: a blueprint you approve, sixty to ninety items reviewed blind by a named psychometrician, a pilot on your own respondents, and a final form with scoring key and APA technical note. 9,500 EUR ex VAT; 7,500 EUR as a rebuild of an audited instrument.
