A short form of the Cultural Intelligence Scale
Structure, fairness and a brief form of the most used cultural intelligence measure, in 1,459 people.
Tested whether the four-factor structure of the twenty-item Cultural Intelligence Scale holds, whether it measures the same thing across gender, age and education, and whether a short form can reproduce it. The diagnosis was mixed, and the short form was built on that result rather than around it.
