What it measures
The five broad personality dimensions, with two questions each. This is the quick version: it points you in a direction rather than measuring you.
Your score is read against adults generally. The bands below come from the shape of a normal distribution, which is the model the scoring assumes rather than a count from a reference sample. Most people sit in the middle and both ends are rare by definition, so a band is a position in a distribution, not a verdict.
Good uses
- A quick read when you do not want a long sitting.
- Finding which dimensions are worth looking at properly.
- Trying the format before committing to a longer form.
Known limits
- Too few questions per scale to place you precisely. Read the direction, not the exact number.
- It records how you see yourself, not how you behave. The two come apart whenever you have a reason to look good.
