Assessment framework for the Study on Social and Emotional Skills
The conceptual and assessment framework the OECD SSES was built on.
Set out which social and emotional skills the study would measure, how each was defined, and what the instruments had to do to measure them comparably in every participating city. The framework fixed a Big Five based structure of fifteen skills and specified the reporting model.
